The Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Nils Muzhnieks will visit Azerbaijan on October 22-24. It is stated on the Muzhnieks page on the website of the Council of Europe. The program of the visit has not been disclosed.
Prior to this Muzhnieks visited Baku in May 2013 and met with government officials and civil society. Following the visit, there was a report with recommendations to the Azerbaijani authorities.
