First Vice-Speaker of NAR Parliament resigns
Baku/05.10.23/Turan: First Vice-Speaker of the Supreme Majlis (Parliament) of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) Azer Zeynalov has resigned from his position.
This is reported by the local news agency "Nakhchivan". No reasons for the resignation are explained.
It has to be kept in mind that Zeynalov actually headed the Parliament of the autonomy after Vasif Talibov, who had unlimited power in the region and left this position in December last year.
At the same time, the institute of the Plenipotentiary Representative of Azerbaijan in the NAR was established and Fuad Najaf was appointed to this position. -06B-
