Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia to meet in New York
Baku/09.08.17/Turan: The meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers will take place in New York in September. Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stated this to journalists today.
"In the agenda of the meeting, the issues we raised repeatedly: creating an atmosphere for the advancement of the negotiations. It is not necessary to reinvent the bicycle - what was there, and negotiations were held about this. There are no alternatives to negotiations," Nalbandian said.
At the same time, he made it clear that the meeting of the presidents of the two countries should not be expected in the near future. The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has not yet commented on the meeting in New York. -02D-
