Foreign Ministers of the Netherlands and Azerbaijan on bilateral ties
A wide range of bilateral issues were discussed at the February 4 at the meeting of foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and the Netherlands in Baku. At a joint press conference after the talks Elmar Mammadyarov and Franz Timmermans stated the high level of relations between the two countries.
"During the meeting we touched on some of the issues of cooperation in the energy field and the expansion of relations between Azerbaijan and the EU," said Mammadyarov.
Timmermans, in turn, spoke about the development of cooperation in the field of education, culture, water management, and construction of ports. "We attach great importance to the expansion of relations and dialogue between Azerbaijan and the European Union," he said. -03C06-
