The III Global Forum opened in Baku on April 28 with the participation of heads of government and ex-presidents of several countries.
The topic is "Restoring confidence in the new world order", which will discuss ethnic conflicts, terrorism, democracy, education and so forth. Among the participants there are delegations of more than 30 countries.
The program includes speeches by President Ilham Aliyev, the President of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev, Macedonian President George Ivanov and the Prime Minister of Malta Joseph Muscat.
The forum is held in Baku for the third time, its organizers are the State Committee for Work with Diaspora, Nizami International Center and the Club of Madrid. -02D-
