Ilham Aliyev Met with Special Representative of NATO Secretary General
Ilham Aliyev received NATO Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai on February 16.
According to official information, the sides expressed satisfaction with the level of cooperation between Azerbaijan and NATO and highly appreciated Azerbaijan's contribution to international security issues within the framework of peacekeeping operations in Afghanistan.
The meeting also exchanged views on the current state of the Armenian-Azerbaijani talks on Nagorno-Karabakh. It expressed satisfaction with the support by NATO of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan in the documents adopted in this framework. -03D04-
