On Thursday, President Ilham Aliyev received Luis Ayal, the Secretary General of the Socialist International.
According to the website of the President, Ayal arrived in Baku to attend the anniversary conference of the Social Democratic Party of Azerbaijan, which this year celebrates its 25th anniversary.
