Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev refused to attend the summit of "Eastern Partnership" of the EU in Riga on May 21-22, said the assistant of the president Ali Hasanov, who explained it by busy schedule of the president in connection with the forthcoming European games.
Azerbaijan will be represented at the summit by the deputy head of the Presidential Administration Novruz Mammadov and Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov. -06D—
