Investigation of Election Irregularities to Continue in 28 Districts
Baku / 14.02.20 / Turan: Based on complaints received by the CEC, violations are being investigated during the February 9 parliamentary elections in 28 constituencies. This was reported to Turan by the CEC.
Complaints of candidates for deputies were submitted to the district election commissions.
“DECs should examine the complaints, in fact, and respond to the applicants. If the decision of the DEC suits the applicant, then the question is considered settled; if not, then he appeals to the CEC and disputes the decision of the DEC. If the applicant is not satisfied, then he can appeal the decision of the CEC already in court,” the same source said.
Among the districts under investigation, there are territories where Parliament Speaker Ogtay Asadov and deputies of the latest convocations - Fazil Agamaly, Mader Musayev, Ulvi Guliyev, Imamverdi Ismayilov and others ran. -06D-

According to a report by Turan correspondent, the discussions took place behind closed doors and lasted for over an hour. No statements were made to the press following the meeting.
