"From the supreme leader, to the officials of state structures, everyone adhered to the position that the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan must be ensured," he said.
For his part, Ilham Aliyev noted that Azerbaijan attaches great importance to relations with Iran. "This is our first meeting, and I am sure that this meeting will give a strong impetus to Azerbaijan-Iran ties," IRNA news agency quoted Aliyev as saying.
According to the same source, the Presidents discussed the North-South international transport corridor, as well as cooperation within the Zangezur transport corridor.
