Israeli Foreign Minister will visit Baku despite Tehran`s protests
Baku/17.04.23/Turan: Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen is scheduled to visit Baku on April 19 to participate in the meeting of the Azerbaijan-Israel intergovernmental commission, as reported by Turan.
The visit aims to hold consultations on economic cooperation and will be accompanied by a large delegation, according to a statement from the Israeli Foreign Ministry.
The recent opening of Azerbaijan's embassy in Tel Aviv on March 29 has caused a negative reaction from Tehran. The Iranian regime has been trying to pressure Baku to abandon its rapprochement with Israel, further straining the Azerbaijani-Iranian relations.--0--
