James Warlick : Aliyev and Sargsyan will meet in February
In February, the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan may meet, wrote in his microblog on Twitter U.S. co-chair of OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick .
" The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet in Paris this Friday. Hopefully , this event will be another step towards meeting the presidents in February," he said.
Official Baku has not officially confirmed yet to hold a meeting of foreign ministers in Paris on January 24, but never denied it .
Note that the meeting will take place in Paris on the aggravation of the situation at the front. Thus, the Armenian side accused Azerbaijan of sending of a subversive group that killed an Armenian military .
The Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan said on the night of January 20, three raiding parties tried to pass to the Armenian side on the southern sector of the front (Khojavend) , but were stopped by the Armenian post of 9 people. During the shooting, an Armenian sergeant was killed and the Azerbaijani side lost a few people killed and wounded.
