Emin Mamedov, the judge of Nasimi District, refused to consider a complaint from the arrested the leader of REAL, Ilgar Mamedov.
According to lawyer, Fuad Agayev, the complaint is about illegal detention of Mamedov by the General Prosecutor's Office for Serious Crimes.
After the refusal of the judge to consider the complaint, it was sent to the chairman of Nasimi Court.
Ilgar Mamedov was arrested on February 3 on charges of inciting riots in Ismailli region on 23-24 January. -05B-
