Karabakh Armenians are ready for negotiations in Khojaly, but not about integration
Baku/14.03.23/Turan: The "Karabakh Foreign Ministry" responded to Azerbaijan's invitation to hold another meeting in Baku.
Meetings can take place with the mediation of Russian peacekeepers and in the same place where the meeting took place on March 1. "Discussions should be conducted on humanitarian, infrastructural, technical issues, without their excessive politicization," the message says.
As for political issues, "Karabakh is committed to negotiations on a comprehensive settlement of the conflict to take place in an internationally recognized and confirmed format in view of international guarantees of equality of the parties and fulfillment of the obligations assumed," the Karabakh Armenians believe.
It is worth recalling that on the eve of the Azerbaijani Presidential administration invited a delegation of Karabakh Armenians to talks in Baku to discuss issues on the reintegration of Karabakh Armenians into Azerbaijan. -02D-
