Khalaf Khalafov dismissed from the post of deputy foreign minister of Azerbaijan
Baku / 13.12.18 / Turan: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has dismissed Khalaf Khalafov from the post of deputy foreign minister by today's decree.
The reasons for the dismissal is not reported. However, this decision can be considered unexpected. For less than a month ago, on November 14, the head of state appointed Khalafov to be the authorized representative of Azerbaijan in the High-level Working Group on the Caspian Sea. A 59-year-old Khalafov held the post of Deputy Foreign Minister since 1997. And in 1992-97 he presided over the key treaty legal department of the Foreign Ministry. -06D--

Khalaf Khalafov dismissed from the post of deputy foreign minister of Azerbaijan
Baku/13.12.18/Turan: President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on December 13 to dismiss Khalaf Khalafov from the post of deputy foreign minister of Azerbaijan.
He has held the position of Deputy Foreign Minister since 1997. He has been working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1991.
Khalafov worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan from 1983 to 1990.-- 0-
