Lyubov Kazarnovskaya to Be Included in List of Undesirable Persons by Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry
The Russian opera singer Lyubov Kazarnovskaya traveled to the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, thereby violating the law "On the state border of Azerbaijan." Therefore Kazarnovskaya will be included in the list of undesirable persons by the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry.
On Monday, reporters were told by the head of the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Hikmat Hajiyev.
At a time when artists must serve peace and reconciliation, the statements by Kazarnovskaya in the occupied territories of the country contribute to the justification of the aggression of Armenia against Azerbaijan.
Hajiyev stressed that Kazarnovskaya, speaking about the creation of a music school in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, should know that as a result of Armenian occupation, the material and cultural heritage of the Azerbaijani people was destroyed, including the Karabakh School of Music, which brought up great artists.
As of June 12, 2015 the list of undesirable persons of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan included 470 people.
The list includes those who have visited the occupied territories without the consent of the authorities of Azerbaijan. They continue to be prohibited from entering Azerbaijan. At the same time excluded from the list are those who apply to the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry with statements of apology and respect for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. -06D--
