Memorandum of Understanding signed between «AZAL», «ATB» and «China Tourism Group»
On November 15, Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC, Azerbaijan Tourism Bureau (ATB) and China Tourism Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic partnership in tourism in Beijing.
Within the framework of the agreement, it is planned to work together to create new tourist routes in Azerbaijan and promote them, organize online and visual events. "This initiative will contribute to the development of tourism between Azerbaijan and China and expand the flow of tourists.
«AZAL» plans to start flights to Beijing in December," said Nazim Samedov, Vice President of the company.
Note that the number of tourists from China to Azerbaijan in January-October this year amounted to 20,469 people, which is up by 7 times from the same period of the last year.
