Mignon: Karabakh Conflict Should be Resolved on the Basis of Madrid Principles
PACE President Jean-Claude Mignon arrived in Yerevan to participate in the meetings of the PACE Bureau and PACE Permanent Committee. Today he met with the speaker of the Armenian parliament, Hovik Abrahamyan.
During the conversation, Mignon said that the Karabakh conflict should be resolved within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group, as a result of the peace talks, and on the basis of Madrid principles. It should be noted that the Azerbaijan delegation refused to participate in the meeting in Yerevan, although earlier this participation was planned.-02D-
