Moldova counts on Azerbaijani gas
Baku/08.02.22/Turan: On February 8, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Moldova Nicu Popescu arrived in Baku on a working visit at the invitation of Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
Foreign Mİnistry of Moldova informed that during the two-day visit "issues of development of cooperation in the field of energy in the context of the strategic importance of the Southern Gas Corridor" will be discussed, as well as questions of trade and economic relations and investment opportunities.
The visit also includes a meeting with President Ilham Aliyev and Minister of Agriculture Inam Karimov.
On February 9, in the morning after the meeting of the delegations of the Foreign Ministries of the two countries, Popescu and Bayramov will hold a press conference. -02D-
