Musavat Deputy Chairman Summoned to Head of Lankaran Police
Baku / 20.02.18 / Turan: On February 19 the Deputy Chairman of the Musavat Party Yadigar Sadigli was summoned to the Lankaran District Police Department because of his status in social networks.
In particular, the head of the police Islam Humbatov conducted a "preventive conversation" regarding the ban on showing the film The Death of Stalin in Azerbaijan and the next repair of the monument to Heydar Aliyev.
According to Sadigli, the conversation was in a polite tone, but everyone remained at his own opinion. After the conversation, Sadigli was released.
Recall that in the summer of 2013 Sadigli was arrested by the Lankaran police, as he claimed, on a far-fetched and politically motivated charge of hooliganism and sentenced to 6 years imprisonment. In 2016, he was released ahead of schedule in accordance with the decree on pardon. -16D06--
