Baku / 27.06.19 / Turan: On June 27, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree conferring the rank of lieutenant-general to the head of the State Security Service Ali Nagiyev. By another decree of the head of state, the Minister of Internal Affairs Vilayat Eyvazov was promoted to the rank of colonel-general.
Nagiyev and Eyvazov were appointed to these positions on June 20. - 06D--
