New �Commander� in Karabakh
Baku / 14.12.18 / Turan: Reports of the displacement of high-ranking military in Karabakh have been confirmed. According to Armenian media, Levon Mnatsakanyan was dismissed from the post of "commander of the armed forces" of Nagorno-Karabakh and appointed director of the Emergency Situations Service.
Karen Abrahamyan, who had previously been the "chief of staff of the Karabakh armed forces", was appointed in his place. -02D-
