PACE President to pay official visit to Azerbaijan
The President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Jean-Claude Mignon, will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan from 26th - 28th May.
He is to meet with Azerbaijani President, the Speaker of Parliament, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the leaders of the political parties represented in Parliament and members of the parliamentary committee on international relations and inter-parliamentary relations.
Meetings with representatives of NGOs are also planned, according to the press service of PACE.—06D-

Shamshad Aga, editor of the "Argument.az" website, has been found guilty in the Meydan TV case of smuggling (Article 206.3.2 of the Criminal Code) and sentenced to two months and one day in detention.
