Pashinyan offered Aliyev to show map of Armenia which Azerbaijan recognizes
Baku/23.09.22/Turan: Speaking at the UN General Assembly on September 22, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan accused Azerbaijan of territorial claims.
He stated that Armenia is ready to recognize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan; however, Azerbaijan "did not react" to this. "On the contrary, Azerbaijan actively declares that the entire south and east of Armenia, and even the capital Yerevan, are Azerbaijani lands."
At the same time, Azerbaijan continues to "occupy" a certain territory of Armenia.
"In this regard, I would like to officially and publicly address a question to the President of Azerbaijan: can you show the map of Armenia that you recognize in order to recognize the territorial integrity of Armenia?" Pashinyan asked.
"If Azerbaijan recognizes the territorial integrity of Armenia, not theoretically, but an internationally recognized territorial integrity with an area of 29,800 sq/ km, it means that we will be able to conclude a peace treaty," Pashinyan said. -02D-
