Baku / 03.01.20 / Turan: On New Year's Eve, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree appointing judges of the newly created administrative and commercial courts.
Thus, judges of the administrative court of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Baku, Ganja, Sumgait, Shirvan, Sheki administrative courts were appointed.
Commercial courts have been established by a similar regional principle.
The head of state also signed a decree on the release of judges from a number of courts of general jurisdiction, to whose places new cadres were appointed.
Most exempted judges of the general courts are appointed to the administrative and commercial courts.
Among them are the chairman of the Yasamal district court Araz Huseynov, the head of the Mingachevir city court Husameddin Osmanov, and the head of the Guba district court Khagani Tagiyev. –21D-
