Baku/12.10.23/Turan: Activist of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA)
Ramin Akhmedov was administratively arrested.
Turan was informed about this by the party.
Akhmedov was detained on the morning of October 12 when he left his house.
“He called from the department and reported his arrest. In the evening, he was taken to the Binagadi District Court, which sentenced Akhmedov to arrest for a period of 30 days,” the PFPA said.
The party does not yet have information about the article under which Akhmedov was arrested.
“After the lawyer takes the court decisions, it will become known what he was accused of. But it is clearly clear that Ramin was arrested because of opposition activities,” the PFPA noted.
