PFPA Deputy Chairman resigned or is expelled
PFPA Deputy Chairman for International Relations Razi Nurulla resigned from his post on Friday. In a statement on the matter, he said that authoritarian thinking, intolerance of dissent reigns in the party. According to Nurullayeva, it is the fault of the party leader Ali Kerimli, which hampers the "struggle for democracy."
Kerimli regards his entourage as potential competitors, and the party itself is distant from the people "in need of new party leaders." Nurullayev called on Kerimli to resign "for the future of the party."
Commenting on the statement of Nurullayeva, deputy chairman of APFP Gozel Bayramly, said Nurullayev was dismissed from his post, and expelled from the party by Ali Kerimli’s order.
According to her, the charges against Razi Nurulla are "baseless, and his actions are incorrect." But she did not explain the reasons for dismissal of Razi Nurullayev from the party. -05D-
