Baku / 25.06.19 / Turan: The PACE Monitoring Committee proposed to return powers to Russia, but with a number of conditions, RIA Novosti reports.
"The Russian delegation should without any further delay return to cooperation with the monitoring committee and all other committees of the Assembly and enter into a constructive dialogue on the fulfillment of its obligations and commitments," the draft says.
Also among the conditions are the release of 24 Ukrainian seafarers and the immediate payment of all contributions (75 million euros) due to the budget of the Council of Europe. -02D-
