
Putin and Erdogan discussed the Karabakh conflict
Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed the situation in Syria and the Nagorno-Karabakh problem during today's meeting in St. Petersburg .
"There are basic steps that we must take. Talks on these topics, allowed us to create a platform base to address these issues," said Erdogan at a meeting of the High Level Cooperation Council between Russia and Turkey.
