The deputy chief of Azerbaijan State Border Service, Major General Mohammed Abbasguliyev died in his office this morning.
The cause of death was a heart attack. The General had undergone heart surgery earlier, Turan was told by the Border Service.
Prior to that, Abbasguliyev commanded the Nakhchivan border division. -03D-
