Putin discussed Karabakh at a meeting of the Security Council
Moscow/26.02.21/Turan: Russian President Vladimir Putin held an operational meeting with permanent members of the Russian Security Council on Friday and discussed with them the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh, the Kremlin press service reported.
"Today we will discuss the situation around the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement," the President said opening the meeting. Addressing the participants, Putin stressed that he would like to hear the assessments of the work of the Russian peacekeepers, the forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, border guards, as well as how cooperation with international organizations and foreign partners is going in this direction, the report said.
The reason for this discussion at the RF Security Council is not noted; however, most likely, it is connected with the aggravation of the situation in Armenia and the possible resumption of hostilities in Karabakh. -02D-
