According to the deputy editor of the daily newspaper Rahim Hajiyev, the arrest was effected at the suit of the head of the shopping center Bina Kabira Mamedova. All funds contributed to the account will be withdrawn, which would further complicate the already difficult situation of the paper, said Hajiyev.
