Baku/16.04.14/Turan : The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly seeks to promote the peaceful settlement of the Karabakh conflict, journalists were told in Baku by the OSCE PA President , Chairman of the Parliament of Montenegro Ranko Krivokapic.
He told that there are Lisbon and Madrid OSCE principles by the UN Security Council the Karabakh conflict, and other organizations. The OSCE supports these principles and seeks to assist the settlement thereof.
"Now together with the OSCE Chairman we are going to strive to achieve serious progress in the Minsk Group. We want to finally achieve serious results," said Krivokapic. He added that the recent events in Ukraine have shown the need to resolve conflicts.—16D-

President Ilham Aliyev has approved by decree the Azerbaijan-Kazakh intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in military intelligence defense sector. The document was signed in Baku on 7 June 2024.
