Russian Deputy Minister of Defense arrives in Baku
Baku/15.08.19/Turan: Seventy four Azerbaijani troops will be admitted to Russian military schools in the new school year, announced on August 15 the first deputy defense minister of the Russian Federation, Ruslan Tsalikov, who was in Baku during a meeting with deputy defense minister of Azerbaijan Kerim Veliyev.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Defense, the meeting was held at the naval base of the Azerbaijani Navy, in the framework of the International Army Games - 2019.
Currently, 132 Azerbaijani servicemen are studying free of charge in Russian military universities. "Another 74 people will be admitted in the new school year," he said.
In turn, Kerim Veliyev noted that over 300 military specialists of Azerbaijan have been trained in Russia over the past 12 years. -02D-
