Russian peacekeeping contingent (RPC)has closed three more posts in Karabakh
Baku/07.10.23/Turan: During the day, the Russian peacekeeping contingent curtailed two observation posts in the Shusha and Askeran regions and another temporary observation post in the Agdere direction, the RPC newsletter on October 6.
A day earlier, the RPC announced the curtailment of observation posts along the former contact line in the Shusha, Askeran and Agdere regions.
According to the agreements reached on the cessation of hostilities, the counting of weapons and military equipment in the warehouses of the armed formations of Nagorno-Karabakh continued under the control of Russian peacekeepers. By October 6, 92 units of armored vehicles, 142 units of automotive equipment, 124 units of air defense, 112 units of field artillery, Multiple launch Rocket System (MLRS) and mortars, 1 unit of UAVs, more than 7 thousand units of small arms and anti-tank weapons, about 58.5 million ammunition were handed over.
The protection of the storage sites of weapons, military equipment and ammunition is organized by joint Russian-Azerbaijani guard posts. ---06B---
