Defense Minister Safar Abiyev has today received the Azerbaijani officer Ramil Safarov released from the Hungarian prison yesterday.
The Minister congratulated Safarov on his release and repatriation and announced the award of the rank of Major to him and wished him success in his military service. -02D-
