In the social network Youtube.com a video has been put on the misconduct by the Chief Executive of Ganja Elmar Valiyev.
On March 4 a user named Bahram Huseynov posted a video called "How Elmar Valiyev offended people when he was head of the Executive Power of Yevlakh." The video shows Valiyev offending a businessman with a rough and abusive language.
Local media also reported the insult of locals by Valiyev periodically.
At a recent cabinet meeting, President Ilham Aliyev warned the chief executives to behave politely. Aliyev also warned that he would punish officials for abusive behavior. Now he has to prove that the President keps his promises and that all that was said not in order to prevent new social upheavals such as the events in Ismayilli. -03D06-
