Situation in Nakhchivan is not better
In Nakhchivan, as well as throughout Azerbaijan , serious violations are observed during the presidential elections.
In particular , the observer on the 6th of Julfa-Babak constituency, Rovshan Bagirov, has been subjected to one severe pressure; his family was told that if he does not abandon the observer mission , the NSM will punish him after elections. Rovshan Bagirov is an observer of the Resource Center for Democracy and NGO Development.
A resident of the village of Nehram, a member of the Nakhchivan branch of PPFA, Zeynalabdin Bagirzade, and his family members were not admitted to the voting. No member of this family was not included in the voter lists. They came to the 6th polling station, provided identification , and demanded to include them in a supplementary list of voters. However, the chairman of the polling station did not let them do it .
Bagirzade said that even those who were included the voting list were unable to vote. At the same time, many people who were not on the lists, voted.
According to information from 1,2,3,4 districts, fraud is carried out through a "carousel ". People who vote multiple times are delivered to the polling stations by cars. -05D04-
