Plenipotentiary of Jamil Hasanli is beaten in Binaqadi district
Baku/09.10.13/Turan : Fizuli Gahramanli, a Chairman of the Beylagan Department of the PPFA, the observer of a single opposition candidate, Jamil Hasanli was beaten on October 9 at the 8th polling station of the 81st Beylagan constituency.
"I was watched the voting on the site and fixed the violations. The Chairman and Secretary of the Commission attempted to challenge the possible violations. When I left the area someone hit me from behind. When I turned around , I got another, my eyes flooded with blood," said Fizuli Gahramanli to the radio correspondent of "Azadlig".
Chairman of the 81st Beylagan constituency, Azer Aliyev, said the incident happened not at the polling station, but beyond. -16D04-

Last night, three earthquakes occurred along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border with magnitudes of 4.8, 3.0, and 3.8, according to the Republican Center for Seismological Service of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported no information about any destruction or casualties as a result of the earthquakes.
