Baku/29.09.23/Turan: The State Border Service (SBS) of Azerbaijan has officially confirmed information about the detention of the former “Minister of Defense” of the separatist regime in Karabakh Lyova Mnatsakanyan.
On September 29, at the Lachin border checkpoint, while trying to leave for Armenia, Leva Henrikhi Mnatsakanyan, born in 1965, was detained, who illegally entered Azerbaijan in 2015-2018. was the “Minister of Defense” of the so-called “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” the State Border Service said in a statement.
