The case of another mercenary of the Karabakh war went to court
Baku/11.06.21/Turan: The Baku Court for Serious Crimes has scheduled a date of the trial of the Russian citizen, Eduard Dubakov on June 23. He is accused of participating in the fighting on the Armenian side as a mercenary.
According to court, judge Samir Aliyev will preside over the trial.
The defendant is charged under Articles 214-3. 1 (terrorism and financing of terrorism), 218.2 (participation in criminal association), 318.2 (illegal crossing of the border of Azerbaijan). -02D-

According to a report by Turan correspondent, the discussions took place behind closed doors and lasted for over an hour. No statements were made to the press following the meeting.
