On October 29 the party "Musavat" has filed a lawsuit in connection with the exception of the Central Election Commission from the list of names of candidates from the party.
According to the party, on November 3 Baku Court of Appeal chaired by Sariah Seidov rejected the claim. This decision will be filed cassation appeal.-03B-

The fourth meeting of the European Political Community will bring together leaders from across the continent on July 18 at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. The leaders will discuss further support for Ukraine, as well as shared challenges such of energy and connectivity, security and democracy, and migration.

On July 17-18, Baku will host the first Congress of the leaders of 15 political parties and Movements for the independence of Corsica, Melanesia, Polynesia, the Caribbean and Antilles group. The event was organized by the People's Union for the Liberation of Guadeloupe with the support of the Baku Initiative Group.

President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the establishment of a legal entity under public law, the Republican Blood Bank. According to the document, a legal entity of public law, the Republican Blood Bank, is being established under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health.

By the order of the head of state, Eyvaz Gurbanov was dismissed from the post of head of the Oguz region of Azerbaijan. By another order, Javid AbdulGadirov was appointed in his place.
