Detained protesters taken out of Baku
Baku / 02.16.20 / Turan: Before and during the protest rally against falsification of parliamentary elections on Sunday, 55 people were detained, including party leaders, candidates for deputies, observers and everyone else who disagrees with the official data of the CEC, announced by the head of the press service of the Musavat Party Mustafa Hajibeyli.
The place of detention of the detained before the rally of the leader of the Musavat party Arif Hajili and the head of the Republican Alternative party Ilgar Mammadov is still unknown.
The leader of the D18 movement, candidate for MP Ruslan Izzetli, was brought to the city of Yevlakh (300 km. West of Baku) and only there released him.
Candidates for deputies from the Movement Boc, Mehman Huseynov and Ulvi Hasanli were released on the Hajikabul-Kurdamir highway (150 km west of Baku).
Citizens detained during the rally were taken out of the city by buses and dropped off 60-80 km from Baku - in desert places in Sangachal, Alat, Gobustan, on the Baku-Shamakhi highway. —0-
