The head of the OSCE Office in Baku, Nakhchivan
The head of the OSCE Office in Baku Koray Targay and the head of this office's department Monica Martinez on November 14 visited the Nakhchivan Resource Center for Democracy and the NGOs working with financial support from USAID and IREX.
The guests got acquainted with the activities of both centers and met with the human rights activists Malahat Nasibova, Elman Abbasov and Ilgar Nasibov.
At the meeting, along with the socio-political situation, they discussed details of the OSCE cooperation with the civil society in Nakhchivan.
Koray Torgai also met with local representatives of the political parties Umid, Popular Front and Musavat.
On November 16 the OSCE representatives plan to meet with the Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Vasif Talibov. -23B-
