The head of the presidential administration Ramiz Mehdiyev first time in four months appeared in public at the Cabinet meeting, chaired by President Ilham Aliyev on April 10.
There was not official explanation of such a long absence of Mehdiyev. All this gave rise to rumors of a serious illness head of administration and long-term treatment abroad. -02В-
