The International Court of Justice called on Baku to create conditions for the return of Armenians to Karabakh
Baku/17.11.23/Turan: The International Court of Justice adopted a ruling on temporary measures on Friday based on the appeal of Armenia.
In particular, the court ruled:
- Azerbaijan must ensure that those who left Nagorno-Karabakh after September 19, 2023 and wish to return there have the opportunity to do so quickly and safely;
- ensure that those remaining in Nagorno-Karabakh after September 19 and wishing to leave can do so quickly and safely;
- ensure that those who remained in Nagorno-Karabakh after September 19 or returned there are not subject to pressure or intimidation.
The court also ruled that Azerbaijan must preserve the documents identifying the identity and private property rights of residents of Karabakh.
Within 8 weeks, Azerbaijan must inform the court about the steps taken, the court decision says. -0-

Activist Nijat Ibrahim, who was detained in Baku pre-trial detention center-1, inflicted numerous wounds on himself on November 20 in protest against unjustified criminal prosecution, his wife Parvin Ibrahim told Turan. According to her, on November 21, her husband called her and informed her that the day before he had inflicted incised wounds on himself with a piece of mirror. In particular, he cut his throat and ears.

Не понятен один момент если не ошибаюсь Армяне Карабаха имеют паспорта Армении и России а значит они вернулись себе на родину в Армению кто в Россию Карабах это территория Азербайджана выходит что Армяне проживали на территории Азербайджана незаконно и вообще пора Европе Западу перестать быть игрушкой Армении...Двойная игра Армении мы к вам на запад а вы запад поддержите нас ну и запад не против...Но тут идет большая геополитечская игра...
