This was announced on November 28 by Bahruz Bayramov, the lawyer of Saleh Rustamov, the former head of the executive power of the Gadabay region, who is on hunger strike for the 23rd day.
On Sunday, the lawyer consulted with the prison hospital doctors.
“Doctors say that if he starts a dry hunger strike, he will be able to hold out for 12-15 hours, after which the internal organs will fail and it will be impossible to restore them,” he said.
On November 28, the brothers visited Salekh Rustamov and persuaded him not to postpone the dry hunger strike for much.
