Baku/28.11.21/Turan: In Azerbaijan, over the past 24 hours, 1,622 new cases of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) have been registered, 2,391 patients have recovered, 18 have died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on November 28.
To date, 585,783 cases of COVID-19 infection have been identified in the country, of which 551,724 citizens have been cured, 7,807 have died, and 26,252 are actively sick.
During the day, 11,369 tests for coronavirus were carried out.
Also, over the past day, 26,530 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
During the day, the number of people vaccinated with the first dose was 3 011, and the second - 4 406 people.
The total number of vaccinations in Azerbaijan today is 10,486,650, of which 5,074,275 received the first dose of the vaccine, 4,559,863 received two doses, and 852,512 people received a booster dose.-0-
