The leadership of the Ministry of Defense checked the combat readiness of units on the border with Armenia
Baku/02.12.23/Turan: Chief of the General Staff of Azerbaijan Kerim Veliyev and other representatives of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense visited military units located in the Gedabey, Dashkesan and Kalbajar directions bordering Armenia.
As part of the inspection trip, the organization of the service of troops and combat duty in units stationed in high-altitude areas was checked, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan reports.
The army leadership also conducted combat readiness in artillery, engineering and commandos units.
The military leadership also observed the progress of combat training and training exercises of one of the commandos units and set specific tasks for the command to further improve their quality and intensity.—06B-
