Baku/24.09.23/Turan: According to the agreement reached on September 20, the disarmed and demobilized personnel of the Armenian Armed Forces will be provided with exit from the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan on two roads: Khankyandi-Lachin and through Qalbajar by buses and personal transport. The first group of families from Karabakh is preparing to move to Armenia
Baku/24.09.23/Turan: Karabakh separatist leader Samvel Shahramanyan visited the airport in Khojaly this morning, where thousands of people wishing to leave for Armenia have accumulated. According to a number of Armenian sources, he informed the people there that in the near future they will be transported to Goris (Armenia).
According to the same sources, today the first group of citizens will be resettled to Goris, and tomorrow the road will be open for those who want to drive their own car.
Shahramanyan also said that banks will open on Monday and citizens will be able to take their money. Later, the separatist leadership officially confirmed that homeless families would be relocated accompanied by Russian peacekeepers.
